What level does their product play at? Obviously you want to have a good product. You also want the compensation plan to have multiple tiers to earn money. Keep in mind that if you’re going to pay per click (PPC) marketing you need to make a minimum of $ 45 per sale in order to play in the PPC arena. Others will tell you that you can do it for less, but I have seen far too many people lose big money by not following this rule. Evaluate the person bringing you aboard the opportunity. If they have not developed a training system, then find the person above him that has a formal training program. If you find that the company has the training plan.. run away… do not join. Company training plans are inadequate and most of the time, do not hit the mark. That is why someone down from the company level should have the vision to create a training program and have the ability to teach you great things.
Your new team should show you how to easily set up your financial records to track your financial situation at all times. Most mentors are clueless when it comes to this.
Most opportunities teach old techniques to grow Home Businesses due to the fact that they do not know any better. It’s a travesty. Make sure you research this before joining. Training should be held a minimum of 3 times a week (above what the company offers). How much time and money does the leader and others spend learning new strategies from outside the company? The answer to this question should be in excess of $ 20,000 per year. This is a true sign of a professional Organization.
What is the group’s success rate? What is being done to increase the success rates? A good leader is always trying to increase his teams successes.
