Building your own PC with Asus eee pc
Posted by Mike
More people are building their own PCs these days, and I must say it’s a great challenge if you ever decide to have a go yourself. I built my last PC using my local Maplins store for the parts (and some advice). But since then I found a place called asus eee pc that not only provides all the parts you’d need to build your own PC, but provide a lot of useful info and resources to help make sure you get everything right.
The biggest problem I had was making sure all the parts I bought were compatible with each other – like making sure I got a processor that would work with the motherboard I wanted, and that the RAM chips would fit OK.
Like everything, once you know how to do it, it’s easy. But learning the ropes can be a bit tricky at times. So I wish I’d found the asus eeepc site a little sooner – it’s a great site and would have saved me a lot of stress and hassle.
